Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and develop strategies that will enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Working closely with business leaders, help to define branding, create brand continuity and drive a global marketing agenda for our group of businesses.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Enhance and maintain the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including website, social media (LinkedIn), email, and advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and PPC.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally within an SME environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
