Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Paid Social to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more. Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with our business objectives and target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end paid social campaigns, from ideation to execution and optimization, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Audience Targeting: Utilize data-driven approaches to identify and target key audience segments, leveraging platform tools and analytics for precise targeting.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation and spending, ensuring efficient use of resources and achieving desired results within financial constraints.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with other marketing teams and departments to ensure cohesive messaging and integration with broader marketing initiatives.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns, preferably within the sports, casino, or crypto sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads), and familiarity with tools for analytics and reporting.
