Channel Partners Executive, Consultant to the board at Castille.


This is a commercial position at Board level, reporting directly to the CEO and board of the company.


Castille is a platform for Vetted Specialist talent around the world and the company is looking to build a channel partner (CP) eco-system through which to deploy our Vetted network on client projects and assignments on an SOW basis.


For the purposes of clarity, the term Channel partners refers in the main to IT Consultancies, System Integrators and Audit firms requiring specialist skills for their client projects.


The Channel Partners Executive is an executive position involving a fractional involvement of around 8 hours weekly, worked on a fully flexible basis.


The selected CPO will be involved in fine tuning the commercial proposition of the company whilst introducing and securing CPs to Castille’s eco-system.


The successful candidate would have a strong network of relationships in mid-tier IT Services companies in the UK, having already built such eco-systems for tech brands such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Redhat or similar brands.


Key Responsibilities will be:

• to build a CP eco-system for Castille in the UK and Ireland.

• To use existing CP relationships to get same signed on and using Castille for skills.

• Will also act as an escalation point where such accounts stall, pre and post sign on.

• To fine tune and strengthen Castille’s commercial proposition to such Commercial partners.


Objective and KPI:

• To develop a strong CP eco-system for Castille’s Vetted network of specialist talent.

• KPI would be to onboard a minimum of 2 active partnerships per month.

• Such accounts would be engaging atleast 10 additional 10 FTEs per quarter.


Term:

• This a B2B commercial and Director services agreement with a 30-day termination notice.


Remuneration:

• Monthly retainer + performance bonus on book of business.
