Space Executive have been engaged by a Hyper Growth Series C $145M Funded Cyber Security Vendor to help find them a Sales Director to build, scale and run the UK&I Territories.


Our client is a leader across the AI SOC space and is backed by some of the most prestigious VCs on the planet including Bessemer Venture Partners, Cisco Investments, YL Ventures and Blumberg Capital to name a few.


Due to rapid growth the VP EMEA is now looking to hire a Sales Director to lead, build and run the UK&I regions whilst playing a pivotal role in the companies growth.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in leading sales of cyber security solutions in the UKI region.
  • Experience in working with channel partners and MSSPs in the UKI region.
  • Consistently over-achieving against the target.
  • A broad network of cyber security leaders in enterprise accounts in the region.
  • Experience in working with CSIRT, SOC teams, and CISOs.
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in working for cyber-related channel partners and MSSPs - an advantage.
  • Experience in selling cyber solutions like SIEM, SOAR, Threat Hunting, Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence - an advantage.
  • Technical hands-on experience in SOC, Cyber security, or IT - an advantage.
  • Experience in working with fast-growing Israeli tech companies - an advantage.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create regional business plans in alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Work directly and with channel and MSSP partners to maintain and expand the customer base in the region, create and convert new business opportunities to customers.
  • Forecast quarterly and overachieve sales quotas.
  • Analyze regional market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Expedite sales cycles by identifying and addressing potential challenges.
  • Identify and implement regional sales growth opportunities by improving processes, packaging, innovating sales techniques,, and more.
