Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Influencer and Events Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be fashion obsessed with the ability to demonstrate a keen sense of taste and aesthetic judgement. You’ll be a commercial thinker with a solid background working for high-end tasteful retailers.


Key Responsibilities:


Influencer Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, partners, and industry contacts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging influencers to keep the brand at the forefront of social media marketing
  • Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer partnerships.
  • Track and analyse performance, providing detailed reports and insights to optimise future strategies.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement
  • Work with the content team to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all platforms


Event Planning and Management

  • Develop strategic event plans to deliver key brand objects with creative strategies to increase event attendance and engagement.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, venues and other event partners.
  • Manage all event logistics including the coordination of internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of events are handled seamlessly.
  • Track and report on event expenses, providing detailed financial reports along with overall post event performance reports.


Role/Skill Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience working for/with high-end tasteful retailers is essential
  • Exceptional levels of taste and aesthetic judgement is essential
  • Commercial thinking, awareness and solid communication skills
  • Strong track record of delivering against KPI's, business objectives and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
