THE ROLE Take charge in a role where your impact will be significant and your growth potential limitless. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing orders, invoicing, and financial records with precision
  • Overseeing and continuously optimizing administrative systems
  • Implementing streamlined office procedures to support their growth
  • Supporting the recruitment of top talent and ensuring seamless onboarding
  • Handling all internal and external communications with professionalism ensuring customer satisfaction and team support
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation for their sales team
  • Organizing impactful meetings and maintaining their databases
  • Maintaining office supplies and managing orders

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years in office management or a similar role
  • Experience in a sales office or commercial environment is a plus
  • Strong background in financial management and administrative systems
  • Experience in using order management software such as Business Central or any ERP software is a plus
