We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic Managing Director for Your Overseas Home. This role calls for an individual with a strong sense of commercial awareness and a deep understanding of how to run a platform-based business. It's essential that you are able to apply your comprehensive knowledge of the property market to guide operational strategies and manage the sales pipeline effectively. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring delivery, managing projects effectively, implementing and developing processes, and optimising team performance. With your extensive understanding of the property market, operational strategies, and pipeline management, you will be key to driving the tactical direction and overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee all projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Process Development: Design and implement effective business processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire the team, promoting optimal performance and continuous improvement
  • Delivery Assurance: Ensure the reliable delivery of services to customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to company strategy with a keen understanding of the property market and operational methodologies
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring clear processes and efficient resource allocation
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of objectives and seamless operations
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Data Analysis: Utilise data and analytics to identify trends and insights, collaborating with the data and property guides teams to enhance our offerings

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 7 years' experience in Sales Operations roles within the Property/Proptech/Data sector. You must have a clear track record of high performance
  • Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding the property market, including industry trends and customer needs
  • Commercial Awareness: A strong sense of commercial awareness and a deep understanding of how to run a platform-based business
  • Process and Pipeline Management Expertise: Proven success in developing and implementing effective business processes and managing operational and sales pipelines
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Growth Mindset: A demonstrated commitment to learning, adaptation, and personal and professional development. The ability to foster this mindset within the team
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage insights for informed business decisions
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively
