  • Wales & South West of England (ideally you live in Cardiff, Newport, Bristol or Bath)


Ideal candidate will be covering Wales and South West of England.


Role Description


40 hours per week guaranteed across 4-5 days, remote role for a Field Merchandiser at GadJet. The Field Merchandiser will be responsible for visiting customers, ensuring that our products are neatly displayed, fully stocked and well-promoted in retail sites. They will work closely with store managers and our office team to drive product visibility and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.


  • Arrange and maintain product displays, including setting up signage and fixtures.
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure products are consistently available on the shelves.
  • Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to optimise product placement to drive sales.
  • Gather and report on market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on store visits, stock levels, merchandising activities and any issues encountered.
  • Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, help qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Overnight stay in a defined region when needed.


Qualifications


  • Previous experience in merchandising, retail sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and keen eye on visual merchandising.
  • Ability to travel within the region


Benefits


28 days holiday

£12.50 - £13.50 per hour based on experience + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission.


You must have access to your own vehicle, insured for business travels.
