About the Role: The Recruitment and HR Operations Officer provides excellent recruitment and operational HR advice, support, and guidance to managers and staff. Acting as the first point of contact for applicants, on-boarders, and employees, this role ensures a smooth recruitment process and compliance with employment-related legislation. Responsibilities include implementing employee variations of contract, managing HR databases, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide recruitment and operational HR advice to managers and staff
  • Administer the entire recruitment process
  • Implement employee contract variations and other changes
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations
  • Maintain accurate HR databases

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent HR expertise - i.e. CIPD Level 5
  • Experience in a similar generalist HR role
  • Knowledge of recruitment and selection legislation
  • Proficiency in using HR databases and e-recruitment systems - ResourceLink (Essential)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
