Salary: £50-58,000 per annum (pro-rata) + completion bonus

Contract: 6-month FTC

Location: London / hybrid


Successful applicants will have Global payroll, payroll process imporovement and bonus/sales incentives experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high-quality and efficient global payroll and benefits service across UK, Australia, Europe and the US.
  • Processing monthly payroll via providers.
  • Applying specialist payroll knowledge to reporting, compliance and employee query resolution.
  • Manual payroll calculations.
  • Reviewing bonuses and sales incentive experience.


Skills required:

  • Global payroll experience.
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement to payroll service.
  • Benefits experience.
  • Nice to have: any review of sales/commission incentive schemes.
