UK Payroll and Global People Administrator

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented UK Payroll and Global People Administrator to join our expanding People team.

The UK Payroll and Global People Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and supporting various administrative functions related to payroll, team member documentation, and people operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across our global venues and central HQ.

Hybrid - 2 days at Central London HQ, 3 days remote
Salary up to £30K.

Our UK Payroll and Global People Administrator will be responsible for:
Documentation Management:
• Creation and maintenance of all global people documentation.
• Upkeep of our global central on-line storage for all people related documents, ensuring ease of accessibility for all users.
• Maintain efficient online filing systems within the department.
Payroll Administration:
• Managing payroll administration for our UK 4-weekly pay cycle for both hourly and salaried team members. • Preparation and communication of the necessary information to the Payroll Bureau service.
• Liaison with our Tronc Service provider to ensure accurate administration of the UK Venue Tronc schemes, complaining with tight timelines.
Team Member Management Systems:
• Upkeep of our UK Team Member Management System, currently Fourth.
• Administration relating to our UK comms platform.
Onboarding Support:
• Support and drive a consistent, effective and first-class onboarding processes for our Central HQ team. • Ensure Right to Work compliance across all UK venues and HQ.
Notetaking and Support:
• Note taking responsibility for the global people team (US and UK).
• Administrative support to the global people team including the Global Talent Acquisition team.
• Provide cover for the UK People Advisor during absence.
• Support various people projects as required.

Required Experience:
• Passion for People: A genuine enthusiasm for working with people, with a desire to learn and grow in the People space.
• Minimum of 18 months experience in an administrative role.
• Ability to adapt to various tasks and surroundings.
• Capability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in handling diverse tasks.
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient with all Microsoft applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable Skills:
• Previous experience within a people team.
• Familiarity with payroll/pension processes.
• Experience gained within the wonderful world of hospitality.
• Previous experience working with Fourth (Team Member Management System).
