We are partnering with a global communications agency, who are looking for a Payroll Manager to join the HR team. Working closely with finance, this role covers the UK and US, with a headcount of around 250.


You will oversee the end to end payroll for all employees, ensuring ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK and US legislation. This will include monthly salaries and any overtime or bonus payments. This is a standalone role, reporting into finance team so you must be confident managing the entire process, and be able to offer sound advice to anyone with payroll queries.


Strong attention to detail is key and you will ensuring payroll operations comply with local regulations, including RTI submissions and PAYE requirements, in the UK. As well as preparing and submitting statutory returns, including P11Ds, P60s, and annual returns.


We are looking for someone with at least 3 years payroll experience and preferably someone who has worked in a standalone capacity or small team. You will be CIPP certified and have some experience of managing payroll in the US.


THIS ROLE IS PART TIME - 3 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE.
