Requirements:


  • Management Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing a commercial sales team within the UK market, preferably in the medical devices or diagnostics industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience working in the UK healthcare sector, with a deep understanding of the NHS environment.
  • Sales Expertise: A track record of successful sales management, including experience in creating and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Science or Business.
