A well-known UK Challenger brand with sustained annual growth is looking for a NAM to lead the commercial relationship with Sainsbury's


This role is key to the brand's grocery sales execution for one of the company's largest accounts. While running the day-to-day on the Sainsbury's national account, you'll also have the opportunity to manage and develop one sales employee creating a supportive and high-performance environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Continually meet and look to exceed the business's KPIs within your account
  • Full Account Management responsibility for Sainsbury's national commercial relationship
  • Delivery of the volume and value forecast and internal P&L reporting
  • Ownership of the national pricing and promotional strategy
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to build support plans and execute them with customers
  • Directly manage & mentor one employee


You:

  • Bring an eye for detail and passion for the retail food industry
  • Have previous full P&L & JBP negotiation experience
  • Can work in a smaller team and can collaborate x-functionally
  • Have the energy & passion to contribute to a rapidly growing business that is constantly evolving
