Red Sky Personnel has an exciting opportunity for an Accessibility & PRM Contract Manager to join the Terminal Operations Team at Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

This role is integral to ensuring the efficient and effective management of the Accessibility and Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) contract. You will oversee the performance and service delivery of the PRM operation, driving positive change to enhance passenger experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory and consumer standards.

The successful candidate will lead efforts to build a collaborative, high-performing environment that prioritises exceptional passenger care and seamless service delivery. You will work closely with airlines, service providers, and airport stakeholders to uphold the highest standards in passenger support and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the performance of the PRM contract to ensure exceptional service delivery for passengers with reduced mobility.
  • Drive operational improvements, implementing strategies that enhance service standards and passenger care.
  • Collaborate with airlines, stakeholders, and teams to deliver a seamless passenger experience.
  • Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide detailed, accurate reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with PRM legislation, consumer regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage budgets effectively, maintaining financial oversight and accountability.
  • Champion continuous improvement and consistency across PRM services.
  • Inspire and lead teams, fostering an environment of operational excellence and passenger-first service.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
  • Experience in budget management and operational reporting.
  • Solid understanding of PRM operations and associated legislation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (including Excel).
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to the needs of a 24/7 operation.


Package:

  • Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday (9:00am – 5:15pm) *Flexibility required as the PRM contract operates 24/7
  • Annual Leave: 25 days (plus 8 bank holidays)
  • Pension: Group Personal Pension Scheme (matched up to 6% based on length of service)
