The position of Account Manager is a strategic role within the business managing one of our major accounts on an international level supported by our internal delivery division and sales support.

This role requires a person with demonstrable experience of managing major accounts and first-class relationship management which results in the achievement of required targets and growth of presence and knowledge of the assigned account. This role will work closely with our technology partners and focus on working closely with them and associated accounts.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Sales Professional with a background in consulting to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to manage strategic Tier 1 international clients and potentially major cloud providers and technology vendors while driving business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, adept at building relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and exceeding targets.

This could be either working mostly on major accounts or predominantly with our technology vendors leveraging the relationships to gain further expansion and opportunity with the selected organisations.


Duties of the Account Director

· Creating an account strategy to drive sales across the business.

· Producing proposals and presentations for assigned client supported by members of the organisation.

· Proactively identifying customer needs and business opportunities.

· Working closely with other business units to expand cross selling opportunities.

· Liaising with other members of the business on existing accounts.

· Building relationships with key personnel within customer accounts.

· Monitoring client satisfaction post sale and ensuring a high level of customer service internally.

· Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets

· Meeting with senior management for business planning.

· Generating ideas for new revenue generation within large customers.

· Possibility of leading an internal sales person to support the Account Director and vertical.
