JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working collaboratively as an extension of our creative division, you will deliver best-in-class assets that elevate our campaign concepts across all touchpoints social, newsletter, website, ads and more. Creative that highlights client design elements from typography to brand colours, we want to push the boundaries and create scroll-stopping content. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and designs that convey our clients' messages and meet their marketing objectives. You will be part of a creative team and work closely with account managers and creatives to produce high-quality designs that exceed our client's expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Producing industry-leading, trend-led assets for digital & print communications, with a strong focus on social media. This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Graphics
  • Motion graphics
  • Video edits
  • GIFs
  • Social media templates
  • Paid social assets
  • Illustration

Helping account teams bring campaigns to life from conception to delivery, supporting in initial creative brainstorms as well as execution.

Play an active role in brainstorms and concept sessions, full of creative ideas that you can pitch, execute, and adapt for the brand.

Ensure all client communications are consistent and true to their brand identity and upheld across all channels.

Working collaboratively with both the creative department and marketing teams, reporting to Creative Director.

Share thought leadership, inspiration and emerging trends with the wider agency and translate these into creative assets and ideas.

Typography skills and understanding of design guidelines and their implementation.

Provide guidance and support to junior designers as needed.

Me:Mo is a fast-paced environment and organisation is key to this role, were looking for someone that is comfortable managing their own time and completing briefs to deadlines at a high standard.

ABOUT YOU

  • A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and previous experience, ideally 3-4 years in a similar role.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related fields.
  • Expert knowledge of adobe programs including Illustrator, Premier Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, InVision & After Effects. Experience using Figma is also a bonus.
  • Ability to manage deadlines effectively and communicate workflow.
  • A genuine passion for design, staying ahead of current trends in social media, design, fashion, music, lifestyle brands, and all relevant digital platforms.
  • Enthused by an agile, dynamic work environment with multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and works well with key stakeholders to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Can work autonomously and as a team, you thrive in creating and building relationships.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
  • A passion for food, restaurants and London culture is a bonus
