As our Senior Performance Marketing & Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies. You will leverage your expertise to optimise our performance marketing initiatives and drive customer acquisition through our internal networks and partnerships with Quilter as well as externally. Your role will involve identifying new growth opportunities and scaling our efforts to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, build, and grow strategic partnerships that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to optimise customer acquisition and engagement through internal and external channels with appropriate tracking and efficient reporting.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with our internal teams and the Quilter distribution network to attract new clients through new and existing funnels
  • Growth Strategies: Craft and execute growth strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding our market presence and brand recognition.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives, ensuring swift execution in a flexible and dynamic environment.

  • Experience: experience in performance marketing, preferably within the retail banking, consumer lending or fintech sectors, with a proven track record of driving significant growth.
  • Partnership Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify, build, and nurture successful commercial partnerships.
  • Strategic Acumen: Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working with stakeholders at various levels, with the ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing business needs.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and performance measurement, with the ability to leverage insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the following applications: Mixpanel, Appsflyer, AppsRadar, Tableau, Facebook SDK, Google Analytics, Ad Networks
