Consumer Additions are excited to be partnered with a super high-growth luxury fashion brand who are looking to hire an ambitious Performance Marketing Manager who will build-out and manage the Division within the business.


This role will lead and execute paid social media, Google Ads, and comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition and fostering brand growth. This role is pivotal in maximising return on ad spend (ROAS), enhancing customer lifetime value (LTV), and optimising performance across all digital channels


Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Leadership: Oversee and optimise paid social campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google Ads to boost brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Performance Strategy: Implement performance-driven marketing strategies focused on data analytics to continuously enhance conversion rates and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Google Ads Management: Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns—including search, display, and shopping ads—to align with overarching brand strategy and attract high-quality traffic.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure marketing content aligns with brand vision and resonates with target audiences.
  • Data Utilisation: Leverage data insights to refine campaigns, enhancing effective branding and messaging to increase customer engagement.
  • Full-Funnel Strategy Development: Create and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy that guides customers from awareness to conversion and loyalty.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage marketing budgets to optimise spending for maximum ROI.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations for marketing strategy adjustments.


Preferred Experience:


  • Professional Background: 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, focusing on paid social advertising and Google Ads, preferably in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Growth Track Record: Proven ability to drive growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies, with strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Platform Expertise: In-depth experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, along with proficiency in GoogleAds.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant data platforms.
  • Reporting Accountability: Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting on spend and results, ensuring alignment on metrics with the leadership team.
  • Creative Teamwork: Experience collaborating with creative teams to ensure digital content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Budget Management: Ability to effectively manage marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and resource efficiency.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices and strategies to drive organic traffic growth.
