As a Contracts Manager, you will manage various projects that include cellular beams, plate/box girders, Modular Frames and Complex Fabrication from receipt of order through to delivery into customer.
In your first few weeks in this Contracts Manager role, you can expect to:
Manage multiple and various-sized projects at any given time
Maximise efficiencies within the works instructions produced for the factory
Read customer drawings and ensure we manufacture to the correct specification
Purchase steel sections, plate, and components efficiently and in the correct sequence
Ensure any bought out items are ordered on time to suit “just in time” production and delivery system
