We are partnering with a global communications agency, to hire a Head of HR to lead and inspire a team 4. You will play a pivotal role in leading the People function, offering strategic solutions and implementing operational processes to set the organisation up for success, in an upcoming period of growth.


Supporting a headcount of 250, both in the UK and US, with a small headcount in Asia. You will have previous experience of UK and US markets and be comfortable leading strategically across all entities. The company has changed over the last 4 years and has further growth plans in 2025, and a key part of this role is to underpin HR operations to deliver excellence. You will lead a team of 4, and support their journey and development. Strong stakeholder management is key, with an ability to push back and set boundaries in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.


There is so much exciting work to do from day 1…. Delivering a TA strategy, building the EVP, management development programmes, career mapping and a general overhaul of processes to ensure success in the future. The business has an appetite for change and we are looking for someone to make impact immediately.


The organisation is passionate about relationship building and having the face time onsite, and we are looking for someone who can commit to 4 days a week onsite, and who can flex around international time zones. You will come from a creative or communications agency background and understand the nuances and demands it can bring Experience of leading the people strategy in UK and US markets with an SME on a positive change curve and an ability to operate both strategically and operationally is essential. Our client is looking for someone hands-on and commercially astute. In addition, this role would suit someone has an a keen interest in developing themselves professionally.
