Job Description:
As a Graduate HR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR analytics. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced trading environment and develop a strong foundation in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate information.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee training programs and development initiatives.
- Provide support for performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is a plus.
