We are looking for a contract PMO Coordinator, initially for a 6 month piece of work.


As a PMO Coordinator, you will be responsible for:


  • Working with Project Managers to contribute to oversight, control, and reporting for a variety of IT/tech programmes of work across the portfolio
  • risk and RAG with the executive committee
  • delivery health across multiple projects of work
  • Helping with the production of portfolio reporting, planning activity, and oversight


You will have experience of:


  • working in a PMO role in the financial services industry
  • Helping to manage change delivery frameworks
  • organisational and prioritisation skills
  • supporting the Portfolio planning process, collaborating with all areas of IT to develop and maintain the Portfolio Roadmap
  • stakeholder management with excellent communication skills
