  • Should have prior expertise in developing, implementing effective health & safety policies, procedures and record appropriate health and safety training programs for staff.
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of Health and Safety Coordinators, DSE Assessors, Fire Marshalls, and First Aiders.
  • Provide expert advice and assistance on health and safety matters to employees and managers.
  • Support the development and implementation of emergency plans and business continuity strategies.
  • Investigate and audit health and safety incidents and accidents.
  • Analyze incident data to identify trends and inform prevention measures.
  • Support the implementation of risk assessment processes and the development of risk mitigation strategies.
