Position: Senior Sales Specialist

Job Description

As a Senior Sales Specialist for Thameen Fragrance, you will be responsible for promoting brand image and awareness while achieving sales targets and providing the highest standard of luxury customer service. As a brand ambassador, your passion and embodiment of the company’s values will be integral in helping Thameen realize its vision of becoming the number-one best selling niche fragrance brand in the world.

Responsibilities:

· Pro-actively selling Thameen products and providing the highest standard of luxury service to both new and existing customers.

· Upselling Thameen products to increase average transaction value and average transaction units.

· Being aware of, achieving and exceeding sales targets, as set by the Brand Manager and management team.

· Confidently promoting the benefits of Thameen products while demonstrating them on customers.

· Developing strong personal relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

· Building relationships with store management and adhering to all store policies and procedures.

· Carrying out any additional operational or administrative duties as directed by the management team.

· Passionate about our products and our brand, and the niche fragrance industry.

· Strong experience or background in a high-performing sales team, able to inspire others with exceptional sales ability.

· Highly-motivated, organized and results-driven.

· Friendly, approachable, confident and committed to providing an exceptional, luxury customer service.

· Excellent standards of professionalism and personal presentation.

· Excellent communication skills

· Displays patience in working with a customer to determine product fit.

· A commitment to being a true ambassador of Thameen’s brand, culture and core values.
