Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, gather requirements, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate solutions that enhance operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


· Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for new projects and enhancements.

· Data Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.

· Business Process Improvement: Assess current processes and workflows, recommending solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

· Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

· Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.

· Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and coordinate testing efforts to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

· Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand new systems and processes.

· Project Management: Assist in project management activities, including timeline development, resource allocation, and status reporting.


Qualifications:


· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

· Experience: 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.


Preferred Skills:


· Experience with Agile methodologies.

· Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

· Specific industry knowledge relevant to the company
