Role Overview:

The successful Salesforce Tech Lead will be a key player in driving complex technology deliveries and providing innovative solutions aligned with industry best practices. The role will involve spearheading technical discussions with stakeholders, bringing fresh ideas, and getting involved with leading and mentoring small technical teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing systems development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and efficient resource utilization.
  • Designing large-scale software applications and components and undertaking impact analyses on major design options.
  • Oversee all stages of software development, adopting and adapting appropriate methods and tools.
  • Developing and driving systems integration capabilities, including automation and continuous integration.
  • Designing and executing test cases and scripts, participating in requirement reviews
  • Applying standard techniques to model and design data structures
  • Ensuring adherence to governance and compliance requirements, and performing necessary reporting and reviewing activities.


Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • Experience in a Lead Engineering role
  • Deep knowledge of SalesCloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (Pardot)
  • Extensive experience with Apex development and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence
  • Knowledge of CRM Analytics and Einstein


Education & Qualifications:

Essential: Salesforce Developer Certifications up to and including Platform Developer II

Desirable: Salesforce Architect Certifications
