Salary: €35-40k basic with commission.

Summary of the position:

The Sales and Client Services Representative is responsible for generating new business together with providing a professional service to their existing clients, working with colleagues to continue to grow their business and provide a first-class service to Clients. Main Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Clients, contacting and meeting with potential and existing Clients
  • Support and contribute to the development and implementation of the Sales Strategy and Plan in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Working closely with the Marketing Team on promotional strategy and activities
  • Data Analysis and action plans for the Sales function, Business Development, Growth and Lead Generation Opportunities.
  • Focus on monitoring and improving the performance of all activities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Dealing with new inbound enquiries.
  • New business development - develop and convert new business leads.
  • Managing the organisation's client portfolio.
  • Upselling/cross-selling of additional services to existing clients.
  • Updating of the organisation's CRM systems.
  • Involvement in customer service processes and systems development including CRM.
  • Production of sales reports and general administrative duties.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • The ideal candidate will have sales experience and/or experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven professional experience in the above areas in the Irish Market is preferred.
  • Third Level Qualification in a relevant area is an advantage but not essential.
  • A passion for developing the Sales and Business Development function of the Company.
  • A genuine ability to develop & maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - a real flair for connecting with and understanding Clients.
  • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
  • Target driven, motivated, enthusiastic, and a positive attitude to work.
  • Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude.
  • Fluent written & oral English.
  • A fast learner with strong business acumen.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Good Computer Skills, proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience with SAGE CRM, Goldmine or Salesforce an advantage but not essential.
