As a dynamic and growth-oriented organization, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive, branded as "Cosonas," to join our team. The Cosonas role is pivotal in driving the company’s revenue growth by generating high-quality leads and converting them into successful deals.


Summary:

The Sales Executive (Cosonas) will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle. This includes lead generation, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closure. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong track record in sales.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead Generation:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calls, email campaigns, social media, networking events, etc.).

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent outreach to prospective clients.

- Research and target potential clients using market research and competitive analysis.


- Sales Process Management:

- Engage with leads to understand their needs and present solutions that align with their business goals.

- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to showcase the value proposition of [Company Name]’s offerings.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.


-Negotiation and Closure:

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals that meet company revenue targets.

- Collaborate with the sales management team to ensure alignment with sales strategies and goals.


- Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target companies.

- Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.


- Reporting and Analysis:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system, including leads, contacts, opportunities, and closed deals.

- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

- Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, with a focus on lead generation and closures.

- Strong understanding of sales techniques and best practices.

- Experience in Tech industry

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.

- Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.


Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Agile Methodology, Microsoft 365 packages.

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
