As a Presales Solution Lead, you will collaborate closely with our clients Solution Sales Specialists to help customers select the right technologies, access professional services, and build long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with some of the world's largest organizations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Solution Sales Specialists and Account Managers to identify, qualify, and progress complex transformation opportunities in Data Center, Hybrid, and Edge technologies.
  • Position leading technologies alongside our core professional services offerings, including private cloud, migration, and application discovery.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on technical strategy.
  • Become an expert on our Data Center & Hybrid go-to-market propositions, advocating for these solutions within the sales community.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Data Center & Hybrid Solution Area and support the achievement of sales targets.


Secondary Responsibilities

  • Help shape the development of our Data Center & Hybrid propositions, collaborating with our group development team and Office of the CTO.
  • Represent the company at partner boards, forums, relevant events, and conferences, acting as a point of technical escalation.
  • Work with a virtual team of Professional Services, Group Managed Services, Solution Leaders, and Architects to help customers access and procure key technology solutions and services.
  • Provide market insights and contribute to the development of customer opportunities for both new and core solutions.
  • Relay customer feedback to our development program to ensure our solutions remain relevant and compelling.
  • Partner with marketing teams to ensure technical and solution collateral aligns with customer messaging.
  • Attend customer meetings to articulate business and technical strategies.
  • Support sales enablement through training, collateral development, and ongoing education for our sales force.

  • Experience in managing customer relationships from a technology perspective.
  • Proven track record of creating compelling, innovative solutions within Data Center & Hybrid Technologies.
  • Strong ability to identify commercial opportunities in the Data Center & Hybrid space.
  • Expertise in helping customers procure professional services alongside technology solutions.
