The Role

As a Sales and Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing a portfolio of existing clients and securing new business within the financial services sector. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand client relationships, cross-sell solutions, and ensure customer success, all while contributing to the overall growth of the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services sector, focusing on mid-tier and enterprise clients.
  • Solution Selling: Work closely with clients to understand their challenges and position our SaaS solutions as critical to improving their operational efficiency and data management.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to align client needs with solution offerings and deliver exceptional service.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to position the company as a trusted advisor to clients.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the financial services, fintech, or SaaS sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with data management, reconciliation, or automation solutions for financial institutions is highly desirable.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Client-Focused: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-Starter: A proactive and results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Up to £100,000 per annum.
