The role

Reporting to the Senior Talent & People Partner, supporting the Global People & Culture team to deliver the People strategy and project roadmap. As part of a small but growing organisation that is moving from start-up to scale up mode it will be important for the incoming person to be an experienced Talent or People Coordinator as well as a self-starter, happy to pick up tasks and projects that may not fall directly in your remit and be prepared to get involved and take the initiative.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the People & Culture inbox and escalate HR queries accordingly
  • Administrative support of all employee lifecycle tasks which includes accurately supporting the processing of new hires, transfers, promotions, employee relations admin, leavers, organisation charts etc.
  • Supporting People & Culture team in the updating of information within HR systems.
  • Support on co-ordination of Learning & Developmental activities
  • Support on co-ordination of global recruitment
  • Supporting collaborating on HR projects that are integral to the People strategy


Knowledge and Experience

  • Highly motivated individual with a resourceful outlook and positive approach
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal – with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in a Talent or People focused role with similar scope
  • Proven experience in managing high volume requests on administrative tasks
  • HRIS system experience (Bob preferably, is desirable)
  • An understanding of recruitment processes would be an advantage
  • You will also be privy to sensitive and confidential information and employee data so maturity, discretion and professionalism is a must.
