We design all of our styles in our London studios and make them in Europe with family-owned partner factories. The Saint and Sofia team, now over 60 people, previously worked at leading luxury brands with retail experience at Harrods and Selfridges. In June 2023, we were also nominated for the Employer of The Year Award. Saint and Sofia styles have been featured in Vanity Fair, Vogue, Stylist, Harpers Bazaar, The Times and others. Digitally native, our first store will open in Covent Garden in London in Winter 2024.


As Head of Marketing, you’ll lead and implement Saint and Sofia’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth both online and offline across all markets. You’ll have a team of managers for Paid Social, Paid Search, CRM, Creators and Social Media. You will be responsible for the performance of the team and will be working closely with Merchandising and Creative Teams internally. You will also be responsible for overseeing large paid media budgets and managing these across markets.

You’ll be working with a talented, diverse marketing team working as part of multi-channel strategies within a global structure. Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and experience managing budgets are essential.


You’ll also spearhead innovative campaigns that emotionally connect with new customers and enhance Saint and Sofia’s brand, particularly in the UK and USA. Collaboration with our global PR agency, Strategy and Attribution agencies will be key to amplifying results.


  • This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hybrid work model.
  • The successful candidate will need to be able to commit to 3 days per week in our Tower Bridge, London Office.


Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Motivating and leading the marketing team
  • Designing and implementing the marketing strategy
  • Overseeing paid media budgets across markets
  • Ensuring the delivery of KPIs
  • Interfacing with external agencies including PR, Strategy and Attribution
  • Coordinating internally with our Merchandising and Creative teams
  • Reporting on performance of marketing team and channels weekly / quarterly
  • Overseeing paid media on key channels such as Meta and Google

Your Ideal Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years + in a fashion/consumer brand /e-commerce marketing role with proven ability to deliver measurable results.
  • Proven expertise across all marketing disciplines, including brand marketing, digital, SEO, and media buying.
  • Demonstrated success in both traditional and non-traditional marketing with measurable results.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and media buying.
  • Experience overseeing sizeable marketing budgets with strategic decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
