TRO is currently hiring a Field Manager to join the team Under the direction of the TRO Account Director and the Client, the Field Manager is responsible for all aspects of the program.

Representing TRO and The Client, the Field Manager is responsible for ensuring the activation smoothly by managing all logistical needs prior to, during, and after launch. The Field Manager will also be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Site Supervisors while supporting the On-site teams (drivers) during the events to ensure each installation market is operating as designed.

This position will include travel and weekend availability.


YOUR IMPACT //

  • Execute relevant logistical planning through contacting installation vendors to verify arrival, source vehicles/ keys, any set up/ tear down, and footprint information.
  • Liaise between TRO and field team and serve as main point of contact.
  • Maintain consistent communication with Site Supervisor regarding execution
  • Monitor communication in team communications app
  • Train and manage the Site Supervisors and On-site teams (drivers) to properly utilize tour assets and troubleshooting needs during events.
  • Complete administrative requests in a timely manner, including but not limited to; inventory recaps, tracking attendance, expense approvals, uploading photos/ videos from installation locations.
  • Ensure events are operating with the safety of staff and public as highest priority.

WHAT YOU NEED //

  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to travel for to assigned installation market locations
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate working mornings, nights, and weekends
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must pass screening checks including driver assessment on hire
