Your mission:

  • Make our guests live the best moment of their day and build a friendly and diplomatic relationship with them from the moment they arrive at the restaurant to the moment they leave, ensuring guest satisfaction is at its best.
  • Manage the bookings system, coordinating access rules and maximizing covers.
  • Monitor inbox and reviews and reply promptly, diverting enquiries and feedbacks to relevant parties.
  • Coordinate privatizations in collaboration with Event Team. Deal with VIP inquiries, manage of concierge list, and build strong relationships with PR.
  • Manage the hosting team: coach the team and ensure the standards are followed, manage the planning, and complete supervision of the service.
  • Communicate with kitchen and team for daily briefing, including guest allergies, special requests and wait times.
  • Embody Big Mamma values: adopt a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the guests, help your colleagues during service, and adopt a "problem solver" attitude.

Your skills:

  • Big Big Smile
  • Great energy, proactive attitude, and team spirit
  • Top-notch communication skills in English, both in written and verbal forms
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with other team members and guests
  • IT skills in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Previous experience as Head Host / Hostess, Reception Supervisor in hospitality industry
