In this critical position, you will lead financial operations, working closely with our leadership team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll be the driving force behind financial control, reporting, and strategic decision-making. Your expertise will shape our financial future.
The Financial Controller will assist in coordinating the development of a corporate and financial strategy for the company: Maintaining and developing appropriate Financial Control and reporting. Creating, implementing and operating budgeting and management control
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have at least 5 years experience working at a senior level leading a successful and results driven finance function. Qualified CIMA, ACA, ACA, CAI or part qualified with significant relevant experience Business judgement and analytical abilities in strategic business and financial analysis.The ability to take an independent stance and challenge the ideas of the operational managers while maintaining their respect and confidence.Strong people management skills.Strong IT skills.Financial and managerial accounting skills.Practical Insurance knowledgeUnderstanding of TaxationWhat you'll get in return
