Overview:


Join our team in Watford as an HR Generalist, where you'll play a key role in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and supporting HR projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid HR background who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Handle recruitment, from interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and the offboarding process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and monitor probation periods.
  • Support the Senior HR Manager with advice on HR policies, employment terms, and legal compliance.
  • Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Keep up-to-date with employment laws and maintain compliance.
  • Update HR policies, manage databases, and contribute to HR projects



Skills & Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment; L&D experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or as part of a team.
