The Role:

As a skilled sales and loyalty leader, you’ll lead the charge in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies for our call centre-based sales engine. As a hands-on leader and member of the senior management team, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, engaging in both strategic planning and tactical execution.


We're seeking an exceptional leader to guide our sales team and foster our collective growth. In this role, you'll provide mentorship and coaching while managing a dedicated in-house team of Sales Executives, with support from a Team Leader.


We have ambitious growth plans, including building a world-class customer loyalty program from the ground up – you’ll need to come in and own these initiatives, bringing your talent as a lead. The optimisation of our sales and loyalty processes is a top strategic priority, requiring thorough planning and implementation.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies tailored for our call centre environment
  • Leading, mentoring, coaching and inspiring a high-performing sales team
  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive customer loyalty programme
  • Analysing and reporting on customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams
  • Working closely with marketing to optimise sales leads and improve conversion rates
  • Monitoring and optimising team activity and performance through data-driven insights


Who you are:

You’ll bring a wealth of experience in managing contact centre environments and optimising lead processes. You’re passionate about leading a team to success, taking ownership and accountability for critical sales strategies, and driving customer retention initiatives.


You thrive in a data-driven environment where you can collaborate with marketing to fine-tune the customer contact journey. You have extensive experience in creating and managing training and onboarding programmes, ensuring consistency and excellence in customer interactions


You’ll have led high-performing sales teams, implemented successful loyalty programmes, and optimised processes based on data insights. Your ability to interpret data, manage leads, and strategically coach and develop your team sets you apart.
