Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Learning & Development Strategy: Support the deployment of Our Client’s L&D strategy and framework across the organization.
  • Build Career Pathways & Learning Solutions: Assist in the creation of career pathways, learning journeys, and solutions for all parts of the organization.
  • Drive KPIs, Metrics, and Dashboards: Support the collection and analysis of key performance indicators, metrics, and dashboards to ensure value from L&D initiatives.
  • Maximize Workday Utilization: Ensure optimal use of Workday to support employee development.
  • Support Talent Reviews: Deploy frameworks and provide necessary information to facilitate effective talent review conversations.
  • Manage Communications Strategy: Create, deploy, and manage the strategy for cascading key messages, opportunities, and tools to all levels of the company.
  • Collaborate with HR Team: Partner with the broader HR team on key programs influencing talent management practices.
  • Support Employee Engagement & Performance Management: Act as a Centre of Excellence for the Employee Engagement survey and global performance management & development process.
  • Lead Special Projects: Take charge of special projects such as the Culture & Coaching program.


What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in deploying or managing Learning & Development initiatives.
  • Preferably experienced in using Workday.
  • Strong understanding of global talent acquisition and management practices.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and take initiative in project development and completion.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and multitask effectively.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Global mindset with the ability to build relationships across the company.
