We are a meritocracy, so any opportunities for development will be entirely down to your own performance in the role.

What will you be doing?

  • Daily and weekly reporting to identify workers eligible for Agency Worker Regulation changes.
  • Managing queries and the ensuing responses are dealt with within our SLA deadlines.
  • Carrying out checking processes to ensure all information is provided to the payroll team in time for processing.

Required skills & experience:

  • Experience of data-entry will be essential.
  • Excellent telephone and email communication.
  • You should have worked in a process-driven environment and the ability to absorb information and follow process is essential.
  • Payroll knowledge and understanding would be an advantage.
  • This can be a very busy and time-pressured environment, so we expect you to be able to work at pace.
  • We are judged on our accuracy, so you must have a keen eye for detail.
  • We are all accountable for our own areas of work, so you will have already have demonstrated an ability to manage your own workload and solve problems.
You must be a good communicator, able to build positive relationships, whether with colleagues or clients,
  • We expect there to be ongoing flexibility around working style and home v office working, so you must be self-motivated and flexible in your approach and keen to take responsibility.

We are keen to see applications from candidates who can demonstrate the above experience with preference shown to candidates who have worked within a financial services environment.
Full training will be given.
