Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll and pensions, preparing related month-end/year-end information, and submitting relevant documents to authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll and pensions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and submit month-end/year-end information, including statutory forms such as P60s and P11Ds.
  • Manage payroll systems, including iTrent, to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
  • Deal with pension queries from staff members and maintain the stakeholder pension database.
  • Implement new payroll software modules and apply software updates to ensure optimal performance.
