City Of London UK, Central London, United Kingdom habeo talent Full time

Our client, a scaling Professional Services business is looking to recruit a Senior Payroll Consultant on an interim basis (3-6 months).

This is an urgent role, so candidates who are immediately available or on short notice periods would be preferred.

They are looking for someone to review their somewhat manual and long winded current process and help them review current payroll practices, identify solutions to their issues, and then help them implement the changes and processes (and possibly technology) to deliver an quick and efficient payroll function to the business.

You will be an experienced payroll and change specialist with a track record of implementing payroll processes and technology.

This role will need to influence at senior levels, advise at strategic levels, but then be willing to roll sleeves up and make those ideas come to fruition.

The role will be hybrid, with 2 or 3 days in their London office (some flex on this) and the role will be working on a day rate (outside IR35). They have complete flexibility on day rate for the right person.

To be in consideration, please apply online with an up to date CV.
