The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Project Consultant to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our payroll team, you will play a leading role in all upcoming payroll projects, working closely with the Payroll Manager and team to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and document current and future payroll processes
  • Work with the existing Payroll team to gain knowledge and understanding of the defined payroll requirements
  • Take a leading role in all upcoming projects within the department
  • Liaise with all relevant stakeholders at all levels
  • Work with the team to ensure all team members are paid accurately and on time every time
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to all internal and external customers
  • Provide support to cross-functional teams as requested; both within the department and broader business
  • Ensure integrity and security of all payroll data
  • Maintain internal control procedures to safeguard the integrity of the company
  • Assist with Year End processing for multiple companies

About the Team

You will be part of our Finance team, which is highly regarded and has a broad remit. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be at the heart of our business, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment, with a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office software and have excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and a passion for payroll and McDonald's.
