IT Business Development Manager


Salary: Up to £45,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE

The Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving IT sales, focusing on both acquiring new clients and expanding services within the existing client base. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Identifying and targeting new business opportunities in the Midlands.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Promoting our comprehensive IT managed services and IT support solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive additional IT sales.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive IT sales by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  • Promote and sell the IT managed services and IT support solutions to a diverse range of businesses.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our IT solutions to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for IT sales.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT managed services and IT support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
