Robert Half is supporting their client, a Global Consulting Firm, who is looking for a HR Project Manager with expertise in service delivery to partner with them and become an associate to support the ER Transformation Programme.


Assignment Details

  • Location: London (Hybrid Working – 1-2 days per week)
  • Duration: Initial 3 months - until end of 2024 (with potential extension)
  • Day Rate: £550 per day via an FCSA accredited umbrella company.


The Project Manager will need experience in:


  • Financial Services Experience: Ideally in the banking sector.
  • Experience with HR transformation projects, including improvements to employee relations (ER) and service delivery models.
  • Project Management Background and Expertise: Extensive experience managing projects with a focus on service delivery, ensuring effective project execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Transformation Change Delivery: Proven capability in delivering transformation projects, especially those related to service delivery models or organisational changes.
  • Implementing New Service Delivery Models: Experience in designing and rolling out new service delivery models, aligning changes with strategic objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Leading and Managing Large-Scale Projects: Strong track record in leading large-scale projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Working Within Global Teams and Diverse Environments: Ability to collaborate with international teams and adapt to diverse working environments, ensuring seamless communication and project execution across different regions.
