Do you want to be part of a Marketing Team within one of the UK’s best-selling board games distribution companies? Are you excited by developing brand activity, understanding consumer trends and executing a marketing strategy that will set us apart from our competition?
We have a fantast opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our growing business in Bordon, Hampshire. You will be responsible for marketing some fantastic products in one of the most exciting sectors of the toys and games industry. Our range includes the likes of Dobble, Ticket to Ride, CATAN and Bananagrams. This role requires creativity, a passion for growing brands, understanding consumer trends, and executing a marketing strategy that will set us apart.
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to adapt and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to and development integrated marketing campaigns for our outstanding range of product. You’ll have a great deal of responsibility early on and will be required to manage your own time and duties.
This role is hybrid, with three days based in our Bordon office.
What does this role involve?
- Ownership of brand planning and activity.
- Able to conceptualize and execute a full 360 marketing program for products and work with Global and Digital Marketers to develop tailored campaigns and marketing events.
- Manage budget and track business performance against KPIs.
- Execute Marketing strategy under direction of manager.
- Support development and execution of Marketing strategy cycle.
- Responsible for identification of personal development opportunities in conjunction with manager.
- Attend industry shows and events to establish new relationships and seek out new opportunities.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a creative and commercially minded individual, with proven B2C brand management experience. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect, collaborate and influence others. You will have strong experience working with Microsoft packages and ideally have a degree in a marketing-based subject.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a strong team player. They will be flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing demands.
