Digital Marketing Strategist

At Polymax Group, we're seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that showcases our brand and products.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze market data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Create high-quality digital marketing assets, including content, visuals, and campaigns, to engage our target audience.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage external marketing agencies and contractors to ensure effective collaboration and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand building.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven track record of success in working with external contractors or agencies for SEO, content creation, and Adwords campaigns.
- Proficiency in content writing, CRM, marketing automation tools, or tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- A full valid driving license.
