Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that drives business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data on the competitive landscape, customer preferences, and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create high-quality digital marketing assets, including content, visuals, and campaigns, to engage our target audience.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage external marketing agencies and contractors to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Review and improve the user experience on our portal, working closely with the IT team to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Support the development and implementation of launch timelines and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand building.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with external contractors or agencies for SEO, content creation, and Adwords campaigns.
  • Proficiency in content writing, CRM, marketing automation tools, or tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • A full valid driving license.
