We are a growing experiential live events agency seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Project Director to direct and take full ownership of our key clients' events and experiential programme.

This is a senior leadership role for a strategic thinker who leads from the front and consistently delivers exceptional event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to plan and deliver successful events, driving process improvements and efficiencies across the entire programme.
  • Understand the strategic direction of the clients' event portfolios, ensuring alignment with their business and brand objectives.
  • Strong, assertive communication skills with the ability to command the room when engaging with multiple stakeholders, venues, and/or third-party suppliers—always prioritising the client's event programme and needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our key client, building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring events align with their brand goals and KPIs.
  • Inspire, mentor, and line manage your team to deliver flawless event execution while fostering continuous improvement.
  • A degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • ~7+ years of event project management experience, delivering high-profile events, activations, and roadshows.
  • ~ Proven account management skills with the ability to build strong client relationships, anticipate needs, and drive retention and growth.
  • ~ Commercial acumen and financial expertise, with a proven ability to manage budgets and maximise ROI.
  • ~ A creative problem-solver who embraces new ideas and inclusive approaches.
  • ~ Strategic thinker with a track record of managing diverse live event portfolios, ideally within the automotive or related sectors.
