What the Job Involves

The role involves facilitating and supervising contact sessions between children and their family members in a safe and supportive environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants during visits. Your duties include preparing and organizing sessions, observing and engaging with family members, and documenting interactions accurately for reports. You will support and reassure children during visits and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure successful outcomes.
